Site Ducky does allow you to insert FLASH content into your pages, but we do not recommend fully powered FLASH sites at this time. They are harder to optimize and can hinder your efforts to drive traffic to your site.

Sure! First we don't banish you to forums and forget filling out trouble tickets. If you are having any problem just get online to chat, call us or email. Does The Site Ducky Web CMS support scripts?
Yes, but with a caveat. Our inline editor allows access to the source code of whatever areas of your pages you designate to be editable and we offer a special "Code" Booster especially for dropping in widgets and custom code. However your scripting could conflict with Site Ducky scripting and you may get unusual results or errors. We recommend creating and trying out a test page first, including any blocks that you want on the same page, before adding it to your existing site structure. Technical support and modifications are available for a small fee if you do find a conflict.

If I don't download software, how do I make changes to my site?
Your site and editing tools are all hosted on our servers. This allows you to access your website and make changes from anywhere at anytime. Just get online! You'll securely login at an easy to remember website (www.yourcompanyname.com/admin) to access your administrative panel. All changes are real-time and you back up your website at anytime. The Site Ducky Web CMS engine also implements 24 hour automatic updates keeping your site and content safe.

What forms of payment do you take and how do you bill?
We offer two ways to pay. Either by check or by credit card. We offer PayPal for credit or debit card users to ensure confidentiality and provide you with the highest level of security. You don't need an account to use PayPal. We bill the option you choose in its entirety, and then in 21 days, when your new Site Ducky Web CMS website is ready, we invoice the first month's hosting and any additional boosters or services you requested. Payment terms are also available. Just ask our support staff!
